**BL Anime "Baban Baban Ban Vampire" to Premiere in January**
The upcoming BL anime "Baban Baban Ban Vampire" has announced its January broadcast debut. The animation will be produced by GAINA, known for their work on "Kumichou Musume to Sewagakari" and "Piano no Mori".
A new teaser visual and trailer provide a glimpse into the series. The visual features the two main characters, Ranmaru Mori and Rihito Tatsuno. The trailer showcases their dynamic relationship and hints at the supernatural elements of the story.
Ranmaru Mori will be voiced by Daisuke Namikawa, best known for his roles in "Code Geass" and "Bungou Stray Dogs." Yusuke Kobayashi, known for his work in "Dr. Stone" and "Fire Force" will lend his voice to Rihito Tatsuno.
The staff behind "Baban Baban Ban Vampire" boasts experienced talent. Itsuro Kawasaki ("A Certain Scientific Railgun") serves as director and scriptwriter alongside assistant director Takahiro Tamano ("Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar"). Yukiko Ban ("That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime") handles the character design, while Manami Minakata ("The God of High School") contributes to the sub-character design. Jun Ichikawa (Julydex) is composing the music.
"Baban Baban Ban Vampire" follows Mori Ranmaru, who works as a live-in part-timer at a long-established public bathhouse. His true identity is a 450-year-old vampire. Seeking the ultimate taste of "the blood of an 18-year-old virgin," he continues to protect the virginity of 15-year-old Rihito, the only son of the bathhouse owner. However, a crisis arises as Rihito reaches puberty—he falls in love at first sight with a girl in the same class! "Rihito's virginity must be protected at all costs!! Love shall not be allowed!!" Ranmaru's desperate "Operation Virginity Loss Prevention" begins!
